Frequently Asked Questions — IPTV Guide

Answers to the most common questions about buying IPTV, reseller programs, setup and support.

IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) delivers live TV and on-demand video over your internet connection instead of traditional satellite or cable. You use compatible apps or players with the server URL and credentials we provide after signup.

IPTV Guide works on popular smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Android TV), Amazon Fire TV / Fire Stick, Apple TV, MAG boxes, Android and iOS phones and tablets, Windows and Mac, and many IPTV apps such as IPTV Smarters or TiviMate.

After purchase you receive a server URL, username and password (or an M3U link). Enter them in your app under Xtream Codes API or playlist settings. For device-specific steps, see our setup guides in the blog.

Depending on the checkout flow, options may include major cards, PayPal, crypto and other common online methods. The exact list is shown on the pricing page when you order.

IPTV as a technology is legal. Whether watching specific content is allowed depends on your country’s laws and the rights to that programming. Always check local rules and use services responsibly.

We offer HD, Full HD and 4K where available. Actual quality depends on your internet speed, device and source — we recommend a stable 25 Mbps or more for the highest resolutions.

Concurrent streams depend on your plan (e.g. one, two or more connections). Details are on the pricing page; extra connections may be available as an add-on.

Restart your router, update the app, double-check username/password and try another device or network. If it persists, contact support with your account details so we can help with buffering, auth errors or black screens.

Refunds follow the terms of service in place at purchase. We may offer goodwill or technical-issue refunds where appropriate; “change of mind” cases are often excluded — see the full policy in our terms.

Once your subscription is active, browse categories and VOD inside your app or customer area. Lineups are updated over time, so the in-app view is always the most current.
